My Story

I feel very fortunate to have been introduced to the practices and benefits of Yoga and Meditation in my early 20’s. The invitation for interoception, along with an intention to find ease not pain, was a welcomed friend after years of dance training, which resulted in self criticism, injuries and constant striving. Soon after experiencing for myself the opportunity for transformation and re-connection these practices offer, I trusted that this was something worth investing my life in. I feel the resources and tools I have learnt over the years are worth sharing, and can be of benefit to all who have interest in their health and quality of life.
