Usually one to one sessions, I use Yoga and Mindfulness techniques to devise a practice to suit an individual’s current needs. My intention is to help my client develop confidence to use tools and resources to regain their health and wellbeing. Often Yoga Therapy is used to manage specific health issues, as well as bring more ease and connection for the body and mind.
I aspire to share Yoga in a way that is accessible and open to all. I teach classes not as exercise but as an exploration of movement and stillness for the body, to steady and quieten the mind, increase awareness whilst learning the art of self care.
