I am a qualified Yoga Therapist and Teacher, and have explored a variety of different styles to deepen my understanding of Yoga. Teacher training qualifications include: Hatha, Ashtanga, Restorative, Yoga Nidra and Yoga Therapy. I teach group classes, 1:1 Yoga classes, specialised Yoga Therapy sessions either 1:1 or in a small groups. I am also a qualified Mindfulness and Compassion teacher, level 4 trained and accredited by the Counseling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (UK).
I feel extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to study with some truely gifted and inspiring teachers. Those include, and are not limited to: Burgs (art of meditation), Donna Farhi, Judith Hanson Lasater, Sam Loe, Mark Beuvain, Shane and Craig Perkins (Yandara Yoga Institute), and Karen Atkinson. I also appreciate my every day teachers and continually learn from my students, husband Joe, family (including our mischievous goats and chooks!) and the spontaneous lessons in my work and life.
I love biking, walking and being out in nature. I find spending time outdoors fundamental to my practice, health & happiness. I feel truly privileged to be living on the doorstep of this magnificent adventure playground!
